Haiti Time Zone Map. This is the Haiti time zone map with respect to other surrounding countries. looking at the time zone map it appears that Haiti is in a different time zone in the Dominican Republic her neighboring country. It's kind of funny that the Time Zone line goes right through the island of Hispaniola. The time zone map makes a sharp turn above the Dominican Republic. Strange!
